Do I need Vaccination Shots?
Yes, Yellow Fever Card is recommended for both, especially Tanzania. Anti-malaria pills are also recommended, please consult your doctor for any of these.
What Clothes Do I Pack?
Plan on packing loose fitting clothing and semi casual clothes for dinners. Recommended to pack according to the season you are going. Click here for a Packing List if your trip involves trekking Kilimanjaro.
Swimming attire/Sunscreen/Hat are also recommended.

What is Your Payment Procedure?
A deposit of 40% of the total invoice is required to secure your reservations, once being confirmed to you. The balance of payment (60%) is due 45 days prior to your date of arrival in Africa or safari start. If your booking is made and confirmed within 45 days of your arrival date, full payment will be required immediately.
What are the Set Departures Terms and Conditions?
All rates quoted are valid on specific date’s indications on a Specific Trip departure, with the exception of government park fees which are subject to change anytime; Changes in dates may lead to a change in the safari price. If the park fees camping fees and airline prices or taxes are changed with little or no notice, we must increase our rate too.
We reserve the right to offer a similar choice of accommodation (lodges and Hotels) if the property stated on the itinerary is not available.
Booking Cancelation Note / Penalty
Cancellation must be notified in writing and will take effect the day it is received by Olosokwan Adventure (T) Ltd (Tanzania partner).
45 days before the beginning of the safari 100% cancellation charge is applicable from the total amount due for the safari/trip.
60 days before the commencement of the safari 75% cancellation charge is applicable from the total amount due for the safari.
60 days and above but less than 130 days a charge of 50% is applicable from the total amount due for the safaris.
130 days and above we retain 25% booking handling charges.
Other Information:
Local flight allows 15 kg per passenger exclude daypack, extra Kg will be charged.
Identification may be required when boarding all flights including domestic and charter flights or entering into the National park fees particularly for kids.
Passengers should keep their passport in their carry-on bag to avoid delays.
